Well, as you know, there's always a yearly controversey as to when Ramadan will start and which opinion to follow. In a mashaAllah brilliant article, Shaykh Amin addresses this issue from a pragmatic, logical, and very insightful Islamic viewpoint. His brief exploration of an unity is very worthwhile to read.

BLOG NOTE: I'm going to try to keep my blog postings during this month to a minimum as I really want to take full advantage of the precious time we have. Also, I leave tomorrow inshaAllah for Paris and London and am definitely looking forward to the opportunity inshaAllah.
