Bhangra Leads To A Better Life...

This link is courtesy of my wife. Why was she looking for something like this on YouTube is beyond me, but I'll tell you what: It sure as heck put tears to my eyes knowing that her inner Punjabi (which we all have, btw) is coming out of her shell.

So now join the phenomena. Become one step closer to realizing your Punjabiness. And for those that have been struggling to do this, now you can do it by following this exercise:



One thing I should clarify is that while this exercise is trying to sell it as a "work out video" in reality it's more of a spiritual exercise that aims at tapping your inner Punjabi. Alhamdullilah, for me and my family, we were honored with the high rank and blessing of already being Punjabi. We come out of the womb with our shoulders and legs hopping about. And it doesn't stop...

As a professional in the clinical research/pharmaceutical industry (which by default makes my opinion on par with a physician), it's my personal and professional opinion that bhangra-ing adds on at least 10 years to your life. Even if you're a fat-looking-uncle type on the cusp of a coronary, dancing Punjabi style will cure your condition. Or if you're an aunty-living-in-Oakbrook type on the cusp of realizing that you can no longer dress like it's your shadi on a daily basis therefore going into severe clinical depression, dancing Punjabi style will cure your condition by making you happy. So the true ramifications of releasing your inner Punjabi are limitless as it provides spiritual and physical benefits...
