Eid al Fitr in Pictures
AA
Okay, a tad bit late on the Eid pics. But with the usual hotness factor (mashaAllah), I'm sure it was well worth the wait for you Imran-dependant people...
Ali. The light-skinned one amongst the three of us is always ready for the camera with that no-teeth smile. Yes, just like me, he's very hot, too, mashaAllah. So that's a "yes" to your question of "So, Imran, hotness is a genetic trait throughout your family, huh?"
Dr. Shakur (aka "Umar") is straight up chillaxin in this pic like he's just come back from a 72-hour rotation when in reality he's only relaxing after a long day of, well, relaxation (i.e. eating, eating, and more eating...oh, and some snacking, too, here and there [there is a difference]).
AJ. Not only does he represent the West Side, but he also represents the new look and face of SHUKR (the Banana Republic of Islamic traditional wear).
Me and the Prince. It took a little convincing, but he mashaAllah came and had dinner with our family on Eid. It was a good time for sure. And I gotta give him props, too. For many years when Taha has spent lonely Eids here in Chicago, I'd nearly beg him (on hands and knees) to come and celebrate Eid with my family, but Taha never has/did. So props to AH for doing so the first Eid I asked him to come! Taha, take heed. Hassan, iA, many more to come...

Me and two of the Chaudhary Sisters after Eid Namaz (The Chaudhary Fam were our parosis [neighbors] from Bolingbrook and good family friends).

Rayaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!! [Umair Bhai's son] You little cutie! He was sooooo happy to open his Eid gifts! :) Cutest kid, mashaAllah.
Fi Aman Allah
